📨 How to Start a Return or Exchange

We’ll respond with return instructions and a return authorization number.
Please ship authorized returns within 7 days of receiving return instructions.

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery

Products must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

Once received and inspected, refunds are issued as store credit or to your original payment method
Please allow up to 14 business days for processing once your return arrives.
💵 Restocking Fees & Store Credit Benefit

A standard 15% restocking fee applies to most returns

Some specialty items may be subject to up to a 30% restocking fee

We’ll gladly waive the restocking fee if you choose store credit instead of a refund to your original payment method

Restocking fees do not apply if the item was defective or incorrect, or for exchanges.
🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping and any price differences between exchanged items

If the wrong item was shipped, we’ll provide a prepaid return label

C.O.D. (Collect on Delivery) returns are not accepted
🧵 Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Custom-made items — including floor mats, car covers, embroidered apparel, leather goods, luggage, stainless steel dress-up parts, roof panels, shift boots/covers, signage, clocks, glassware, and personalized products — are non-returnable unless defective or incorrect.
Each product page lists whether an item is made-to-order; please review carefully before purchasing.
🌎 International Orders
At this time, international and Canadian orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
🛑 Order Cancellations
We can cancel any order that has not yet been processed or shipped.
Since most orders process within one business day, please contact us immediately if you need to cancel.
